Collaborating with architects, general contractors and builders, our construction design service guides the direction of the fixed elements of a home. From initial design concepts to completion, our construction services can be customized to fit the needs of the client.

How do I know which design service is right for me?
The consultation service is perfect for the client who needs a design plan but is willing to manage ordering and implementation of their design on their own. A consultation client may also need to spread their investment in furnishings over time. Full service design is ideal for the client who desires a custom design plan, is ready to implement the full plan at once, and needs project management and implementation services.

How much does a BCI-designed full room cost?
The majority of our clients invest between $25,000-$75,000+ per room for a prominent room in the home such as a living room, dining room or primary bedroom. Secondary spaces can be less. This investment is representative of the work shown on our website and includes a completed custom furnished room, but does not include our design fees.

How many options will I get to choose from?
As the design plan develops into a single cohesive room scheme, we will begin to narrow down options that fit your level of investment and style. We will adjust design selections based on sound feedback from clients but will limit selections to three options for each design element offered to the client to maintain creative integrity that Brooke Cole Interiors services are being acquired for.

Will you work with existing furnishings and accessories?
Yes, we will absolutely consider incorporating existing furnishings, art and personal treasures into your new design plan. However, we will be honest about whether or not the existing items are a good fit for each particular space and if the items benefit your stated design goals. In the end, your home should feel uniquely yours and we will work together to incorporate items that are meaningful and personal.

What if I don’t like something after I see it in person?
We devote significant time and care sourcing from the most trusted trade showrooms, personally experiencing craftmanship and quality firsthand before ever recommending it to you. In other words, our standards and style are exceptionally high. While custom pieces are non-returnable, we are confident this will feel entirely seamless once everything is thoughtfully installed in your home.

How long will it take to implement my project?
Once a design plan is confirmed, proposals are submitted and paid for, the procurement process begins. Custom furnishing items typically arrive within 8 to 12 weeks from time of order placement. Non-custom items may be in stock and are available for shipment right away. All lead times will be discussed before ordering and selections can be made based on your personal time frame.
